tire say 434 (the last number after a long list of numbers and
letters) then the tire was manufactired in the 43rd week of 1994 if
the number is 2505 then the tire was manufactured in the 25th week of

Hurricane, gas in car, none in generator. What to do? by
BoyntonStu
How the heck do you get the gas from a car these days?
Can't siphon, too many restrictions.
Is there a drain plug in the bottom of the gas tank?
If so, how about a valve replacement?
Or, a way to place a 'T' in the gas line and use the fuel pump to pump
it out?

Removing the ECM and Running Without by
[email protected]
I need to know if it possible to remove an ECM from a 1983 Camaro Z28
with a 305. I would like to get rid of many of the smog controls, put a
new intake manifold, carburetor and an ignition that will operate
without the ECM. Is this possible without any major problems? I don't
plan on having this...

Spark Plug Wire Length GM Small Block by
[email protected]
I have a 305 engine in a 1983 Camaro. I purchased the car and the plug
wires were not attached to the plugs or distributer. Does the length of
each wire matter, or can I use the longest wire for 1 and 2 cylinder
and etc... I am not sure what to do.
Thanks

DIY Refrigerant Recovery by
Brad
Hello all,
Over the past couple years I have been repairing MVAC systems for my
own vehicles, and friends vehicles. Generally when the systems come to
me, they were totally empty already due to leaks and thus I have never
had the need to recover refrigerant.
However, I now have a few vehicles...

Moisture inside the windows of our '96 Ford Taurus by
[email protected]
Hello everyone, I could really use an enthusiast's advice.
My wife's 1996 Ford Taurus does not have a functioning air conditioner;
it hasn't worked for years. Amonst other things she says the compressor
"went out" (and I'm not sure what the reasons are) and she decided not
to pay to have it...

I'm installing a remote starter in a 95 jeep cherokee, manual

The system has a reservation mode that requires a connection to a wire

color that wire would be, where it would be located, or a suitable
negative wire...
