A friend of mine has a 91 Civic (automatic, PS, AC, D15 motor) whose crank pulley has a crack on it. Does anyone have one doing nothing and could use a new home? Thanks! -- Mauricio raub-kudria-com (if you need to email me, use this address =)

Honda Care for Pre Owned Odessey by JJ
I purchased certified Odyssey in October 2004 in Atlanta. At that time I did not buy extended warranty as finance person did not mention that I will not be able to purchase Honda Care later on. In September 2005 I started checking with dealers to get Honda Care. With 68K miles on it, most dealers...

Honda S2000 oil starvation/ main engine bearing problem by Gary Peiffer
Hi folks, I was considering buying a 2000 or 2001 Honda S-2000, but then a mechanic told me about the 'dirty little secret' some of the earlier models of the S-2000 had. Honda eventually fixed it in later models, but it was an "oil starvation" problem in earlier models and it could cause problems...

1991 civic rear bearing changed by [email protected]
Just wanted to thank "TeGGeR=AE" and "Jim Bean" for their advice on changing the rear hub and bearing. The nut cam off with the first try with the correct air driver. I did mine and my friends in about 3 hours. While we were at it we changed his rear brake shoes and ground down the "lip" on...

Brake problem by gearshift
1994 honda accord EX - I removed the left rear caliper and noticed that one half of the inner pad was glazed and the other half was brand new. Could this indicate a bad caliper.

These things can take a hit by Shaun Matherly
Hi I have a 2005 Accord coupe and was travelling in the mad, mad, mad world of Southern California traffic the other day and was rear ended at an offramp of the 22. I'll tell you what, the s2000 that hit me took the brunt of the hit. He gave me a pretty good shot and it didn't even knock the...

99 accord ex brake scrub sound after pad replacement by
Replaced brake pads on front of my 99 accord two weeks ago. I used the best Bendix pads my local parts house offered. The brakes work well but now I get a brake fart or scrubbing sound when you take your foot off the brake to ease forward, like when waiting in line to exit a crowded parking lot....

My old backup car, an '86 civic is getting harder to turn the steering wheel. When I turn either to the left or right, after comencing to go on a straight road, the steering wheel seems to keep being turned to either direction. I have an 1990 Honda Accord ex automatic which has been sitting on my driveway for 6 months now. It starts fine but as soon as I shift to drive the engines dies.
