How do I turn fog lights on in '01 PT Cruiser?? by Pete E. Kruzer
OK, if I put the turn signal arm onto right turn, and then pull it back toward me, it turns on the high beams and also turns on the fog lights. However, as soon as the right turn is canceled, the signal arm goes back to neutral and the fogs lights go off. How do I turn them on to stay on??

Town & Country trans slipping -- options? by Stephanie
A non-profit owns a '97 T&C minivan that now has a slipping auto transmission. They will raise donations to get a rebuilt trans installed, if need be. Are there other options? Is this just a pump? Or does it need "clutch packs and bands"? Any good advice for selecting a good used a.t. from a...

Intermittent Transmission Leak by JR[_3_]
I've notice transmission fluid under my 2001 Chrysler van. It appears to be running down from the front of the cover. However, this only happens occassionally. The last time was a year ago, etc., I've had the tranny/filter changed last summer, but it hasn't leaked until today. Any ideas? Weather...

2007 PT Cruiser rough shifting by Hertz_Donut
I have a new 2007 PT Cruiser, (non-turbo) with automatic transmission. It has about 1,000 miles on it. From a cold start, the trans shifts "hard" from first to second gear, and the rest of the shifting is smooth. When decelerating, it will also hard shift from second back into first. This...

Caliber by Art[_1_]
According to local newspaper, Caliber is selling well. I've only seen one on the road here in NC but recently went to Hawaii Big Island Kona and there were tons. Also surprised by how many people drive giant SUV's there considering cost of gas.

Hemi multi-displacement system by Marc
Hey, guys! Do you know -- from a technical standpoint -- why the SRT8 Hemis don't have the cylinder shutoff feature? I assume that some modifications they were making for more power required them to disable it? The displacement increase and other modifications cut fuel economy, but with lack of...

I'm new to this group. I didn't see anything in the FAQ about batteries in Libertys. So the battery in a friends '04 Liberty just died. Is this normal? The car is not quite three years old. I expected the battery to last longer then three years. Tim
