Auto Door Lock Relay 93' SL1 by
Gary Compton
Does anyone out there know the location of the auto door lock relay on a 93
SL1 sedan? By process of elimination, I think I've traced the problem to
the relay, but I can't find it. When I click the door lock switch, I'm
hearing a clicking sound that seems to emanate from under the center...

recalls by
Sakic
Are there any recalls for the SC2 2002?? I went to my local Saturn dealer
here in NL, Canada a few months back and I checked to see if there were any
recalls on this vehicle and they said there wasn't. I asked because I saw
this site http://www.alldata.com/TSB/53/025308f5.html and it says there...

Front seat repair ideas 94 SC2 by
Fred[_14_]
Hi
Anyone have any idea what is the best course to follow here. Left front
bucket seat edge totally worn out to the springs. Should I take it to a seat
repair place (if I can find one), or are there new seats for a 94 that would
be a better choice?

jim g
Hi, new to this group...
A few months ago I received a letter from a competing GM dealer that
my long-time source for maintenance (for better or worse) on my 1998
SW1 -- Saturn of Colma -- had closed their doors. This neighboring GM
dealer was inviting me to utilize their service department now...

SW2 rear wiper not working (again) by
Michael Vraniak
For the third time, the rear wiper controller on my SW2 is dead. I
have had the Saturn dealer replace it twice while it was still under
warranty but now it has happened again. Has anyone else experienced
this or know of a recall/service bulletin? I'm concerned of dishing
out $200 every 1.5 years...

Tire recommendation L300 by
Victor DiMichina
I just replaced the aging Firestone Firehawk GTA02 (215/55/16) on my
2002 L300 with a set of Dunlop SP Sport A2 tires, same size. I noticed
an improvement in every measurable sense. I highly recommend these tires.

Struts by
Ben
Ok.. I have a question about struts.. I had the oil changed in my 96 SL2 and
the tech told that the struts where shot and needed to be replaced.. He said
that the rear ones were so bad that they were "Shredding my tires".. I
looked at the tires when I got home and I didn't see any signs of the...

can anyone shed any light on why my 1996 SL-1 Saturn is leaking water into
the area under the instrument panel on the driver side. Water flows down
the console and puddles in the divers floor panel. Appears to be coming

Why Do Saturns Suck... by
projecti
When a battery does that it's normally the terminal was in far too tight
and stripped the soft contact. If it was the original battery, that would
be amazing it had lasted that long, anyway. I've always had more trouble
with top mount than sides. But Why Do Saturns Suck? Mine's had the
engine,...

Power window parts? by
Jarmo Monttinen
I have 99 SL2. Driver's side back window is not working. I took the
panel out and noticed that a small plastic part that holds the arm
inside the window track is broken into two pieces. Simply would need
to replace that part and get in back on the track and around the arm
to get the window working...

Clutch pedal by
Jerry Sauk
Recently my clutch pedal started making a clicking sound when just before it
hits the floor. Just wondering if it's something to worry about. SC-2
2000.
I can feel the click in my foot and can hear it. Started doing it all of a
sudden. Otherwise pedal and clutch seem to be working just fine. ...

Removing outside door handle to fix power window by
Rick K
My daughter's boyfriend has a 1996 Saturn SL2.
His driver's side power window died, in the fully down position.
He got a Haynes manual, but it doesn't help on exactly how to
remove the outside door handle, so he can complete the removal
of the outside door panel, so he can fix the window.
The...
