Expected Gas Mileage on a 98' Cherokee by Iowa883
Just wondering what to expect for gas mileage on a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Classic with a 4.0 straight 6 ? It has 78,000 miles and they want $5500 for it. It doesn't have any rust but has a prior salvage title. The dealer got out the paper work on the damage and it says the front fender, rocker and trim...

Expected Gas Mileage on a 98' Cherokee by Mike Romain
I 'really' don't like your damage description! It would take a whole ****load more than a fender crunch to 'write off' a Cherokee. A 'salvage' title means that more damage was done than the vehicle was worth..... But that aside, the Cherokee is a great machine! They have a very well behaved 4x4...

I guess I am a Samurai Virgin by Iowa883
I went and looked at a Suzuki Samurai today and it doesn't appear to have back seats. The vehicle was locked so I couldn't actually get in it. Do these things not have back seat ,can they be removed or are they "hiding" somewhere ? Thanks, Iowa883

Guess I answered my own question on Chevy Tracker MPG by Iowa883
I went and test drove a 2000 chevy tracker 4 door 218 miles today. It was around 150 miles rural/city driving and 68 miles on interstate. I was running 60 mph on the backroads and 70 mph on the interstate. I left it with the over drive locked in and the power switch on normal. I was kind of...

Terrain for Offroad Driving in SE England by Mehmet Artun
Mercedes invited us to drive the ML350/270/500 vehicles in "true" offroad conditions over the last weekend and everyone including me who are using their cars in the Tesco run and the School run were quite impressed with what the vehicle is capable of doing. Unfortunately this was done on a private...
